I know we have heard many things about how other software can be used for accounting.  The truth is some things we cannot lump together.  I admit we want “value pricing” software creators are not qualified accountants.  Financial advisors are not accountants.  As an accountant, there are specific minimum needs your accounting software should have.

The most important and basic is invoicing.  Did you know if you use your accounting software for invoicing it is better than using other software?  I know client management is important but combining accounting software with customer relationship management software is not the most secure nor efficient.  The sales department is not the accounting department.  Accounting requires details that need to be separated for more proficient reporting.

I have 3 options for software setup.  And I offer training appointments if you would like to learn how to manage your software.  Or if you have someone you would like me to train for you, you can purchase training appointments for them.

*Change. I do offer monthly bookkeeping but you will save on my fee if you use your accounting software you will create the bookkeeping transactions.  No need to have someone add them later.  The fee to use your software and hire me for monthly bookkeeping maintenance is $85.00 per hour.  However, if you prefer not to use your accounting software, no problem.  I can set up the software and provide data entry and normal bookkeeping tasks for $125.00 per hour. The higher fee is if you do not want to use your software for daily use.
